Easy therapeutic art exercise you can do anywhere! Create a positive message or image on sticky notes and stick them in a place you will see often to relieve stress and refresh your positive energy!

While the video in the link above uses Sticky Notes as the surface, this exercise can be accomplished on most small paper or canvases. Other surfaces I’ve used are postcards you can keep or mail to others, and coasters which are usually a thick card stock and will hold watercolor well. (If you use paper coasters make sure you seal your finished work if you intend to use it as a coaster or your art can be damaged)
